MEET
In 2015, Brittany began practicing yoga to supplement her workout regimen. This transformational practice led her on a continuous journey of self-love, healing, discipline and knowledge of self. In 2019, she took a sabbatical from corporate America to deepen her yoga practice.
Brittany completed her 200 - hour yoga teacher training with an emphasis on Tantra, Hatha and Vinyasa yoga in Cusco, Peru and received her certification through Moksha Yoga. She also trained at the Samadhi Wellness Center in the Sacred Valley of Peru.

Yoga Yasa emerged from Brittany's desire to create an inclusive yoga experience, celebrating individuality and differences on the yoga mat.
Since obtaining her yoga teacher certification in February 2020, Brittany has hosted virtual and pop up yoga experiences in Urubamba, Peru and six cities across the United States, including her current place of residence Chicago, IL.
